Lecture at ISAE SupAero, Toulouse
Crew Resource Management-for Business Leaders.

I recently had the pleasure of giving my lecture
“An introduction to Crew Resource Management-For Business Leaders”
to a international class of some of our most talented young Engineers.

Crew Resource Management is a management philosophy that, over many years, has been developed for the AeroSpace industry. I believe that the philosophy is equally relevant to the business community.

This year was a slightly different. Covid-19 has made classroom lectures unwise. All lectures are now done as online training, which created a steep learning curve for myself.
This form of distance learning adds a great deal of strain to the students and teachers alike. All went well, greatly helped by the students themselves.

I wish them all the luck in the world in their quest for internships and employment.

Finding internships and employment is a real problem for young professionals, who are either in or have finished education.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
